David Tennant and RTD will be at SDCC

All you lucky SOB's who are going to SDCC (and are Doctor Who fans) will have the chance to see David Tennant and Russel T. Davies.

Just announced: Special guests at this year's San Diego Comic-Con include new series creator Russell T. Davies and the show's lead actor, David Tennant. They will join former executive producer Julie Gardner and director Euros Lyn on a special panel on Saturday, 26 July, 10:00 am - 11:00 am.

Doctor Who spinoff Torchwood is also returning to Comic-Con, with star John Barrowman appearing on a panel also featuring Davies, Gardner and Lyn. Sharing space at that panel will be the new BBC America series, Being Human. Creator and writer Toby Whithouse plus lead actors Russell Tovey, Lenora Crichlow and Aidan Turner, talk about the inspiration for the show and what it's like to play three twenty-somethings with secret double-lives – as a werewolf, a vampire and a ghost.

Fans can visit the BBC America booth (#3629) to capture their own photograph alongside part of the Doctor Who set as well as purchase exclusive merchandise including David Tennant figures.

Also featured will be exclusive previews of the upcoming Doctor Who specials and the final episode of Torchwood: Children of Earth.

I will try - I didn't get any autographs last time....usually missed the time period where you were supposed to sign up and then it was too late....The autograph signing areas were a total cluster^^^^. But I will definitely make an effort because I would like one too. Or a pic....or both.

In theory the RTD era of Who is over already. David's regeneration is filmed, Matt is gearing up for the publicity releases and is the new Doctor.. only thing is we havent seen it happen yet but for all intents and purposes, hes the Doctor no more.

For all the crap I get for my opinions I have yet to see one decent argument as to why he's so great.
It's either drooling women going on about his looks or people who like him just because they've been brainwashed by all the crap from RTD in the media constantly telling us he's the greatest thing ever.

I think he's a good actor - I like his goofy facial expressions. He made Dr. Who fun for me to watch. And he's hot.

He helped Doctor Who become an international sensation again for the first time since the late 70's/early 80's. I can't think of a greater arguement than that.
