Yeah, Baker and Davison were the only Whos I knew before the revamp and it was cool to see him again.

SPOILER

I loved the "You were my Doctor..." line - you really get the sense that Tennant is just a big fanboy too. There were other nods to that in the piece as well.

^ I was wondering if that stuff at the end you're referring to is more Tennant or Steven Moffat...

I assume Moffat's older - Tennant's the right age for him to be a kid during Davison's reign.

Well Mofaffats going to be a busy boy in the future. He's one of the writers working on Speilberg's proposed series of Tin tin Movies.

Speaking of Moffat and Doctor Who's charity bits, for anyone who missed the Moffat penned Doctor Who and the Curse of the Fatal Death starring Rowan Atkinson as the Doctor that was done for Comedy Relief back before the relaunch (and it shows) here's part one on YouTube...

Part Two is also on YouTube, one imagines.

Im so pleased with how this turned out and cannot say it enough. You really get the sense that everything David said was coming from the heart. This really makes me long for a multi Doctor Story. Man, that'd be perfect for those specials. Do a new Five Doctors, woo back Eccleston, bring back Davison, call out Paul McGaan, grab ole Sly McCoy and then David and what a story it would be.

everything Tennant said was indeed from the heart, I watched a 10 minute behind the scenes thing on the making of that, and apparantly when he was 11 it was that doctor he watched, .... he was the one who got him into dr who. So it makes it extra special to watch those lines being delivered
