Dude they have done it over and over... And as for it being a LONG time, well the Deadpool XForce vaient was out shortly after he sold out. Don't kid yourself to think that all it would take would be a Neil Adams or Jim Aporo based head (or both) and a new suit and the Blue grey would fly off the shelf.

This! Let's not forget the Thing PF, and the Elektra Com and PF. SSC has multiple statues that have been released as variants. You couldn't be more correct, if SSC offered a new Aparo or Adams head only and changed the color scheme to blue and grey...those PFs would sell like hot cakes. Oops, I forgot...they'd have to change the utility belt as well. He'd look funny without the streamlined belt with the canisters.

Tu che lol. I think it's more wishful thinking on my part. However those items also had tiny ES' compared to the Bats. Now if they did the Bats with a tiny ES like the Spidey variants I'd be down lol

If they wanted to do it that way I mean. Adams Bats is a lot leaner than this bulky Bat PF IMO it wouldn't look right.

While you may be right...I don't think they can get away with that. Besides changing the color, at least 2 changes have to be made. The utility belt and the bat on his chest have to be changed along with the color scheme. Gotta have the circle emblem on his chest and the canister utility belt. Honestly just one new head (Adams or Aparo) and those changes would be enough to sell a bunch of new Bats PFs. If they take the lazy way out and just change the colors, I would imagine they would make them pretty limited. I know I wouldn't buy one under those circumstances. Not only would it not be comic accurate, I'm not that big a fan of the blue costume.

This is very true. An all new slimmer Bats with a proper blue costume would be the way to go for anyone wanting an Adams or Aparo inspired PF.

So yep I agree with ALL OF THIS!! I get why they simply did a repaint on the Bust, but bare minimum they would need to change the heads, suit, and belt for a blue grey variant IMHO. Yes though it would be nice to see a completely NEW design.

Yeah! A New design would be amazing. Higher chance that Ppl who bought the first would buy it again. Instead of appealing to 1 group at a time. Like blue and grey with an original sculpt

I'd want TDK, thats it. As much as I like the Ledger Joker I wouldn't buy it. Have to stick to my only 1 PF per character except Batman rule.

Speculation my man... We know how easy it would be for them to make the blue grey with most of this sculpt. I wouldn't be surprised if it is already sitting on a shelf at SSC... Of course THAT is just speculation too...lol.

And I prefer blue and grey bats of my childhood which just goes to show you cannot please everyone and there will be plently of people (like myself) that would buy a blue and grey bats PF. I skipped the black one and am waiting for the blue and grey which is a MUST for me.

Don't worry. I'm quite sure SSC will get around to making a blue costumed Bats for the collectors that want one. It's not like there will be a shortage of Bats statues coming out from SSC in the future.
