No, but I think this quote makes it quite obvious that's your opinion. You might be right about this statue being better, but 10x better is definitely an exageration.

If your going to compare Batman PF To Superman PF, then yeah straight out of the box Superman PF is the better looking statue... The simple straight up pose is better then the Batmans twisted body, the legs angle left, his torso angles right and his head angles left, from straight on view it looks like Batman needs to pee really badly and he's quickly looking around for a tree to pee behind. That said, if you angle Batman just right on the shelf he does look pretty cool. But IMO a statue should look good from all angles... I think as the hype and newness of owning a Batman PF wears off people will nitpick it a bit more then when it first came out.

I was charged on the 10th and didn't receive any kind of notice from ss till the 16th. Still haven't gotten an email from ups but when I check my order history there's tracking info listed. Allegedly he'll be here Tuesday.

I don't know if people will nit pick this more. Some just have no issue with the pose and that is cool. Like you Dan, I think statues should look good from all angles and the Batman PF does not look great from some angles to me. But also, like you said... He looks great from certain angles. I love my Batman PF, flaws and all. I hope I am just as happy with Superman.
