well i emailed them yesterday and i got a bit of a snarky reply after I replied to this email:
"Thank you for your email inquiry! Please be advised that the Superman PF Figure Exclusive is coming in split shipments. We have been shipping some to the customers that were on flexpay, we will be getting another split shipment and the customers were already contacted. You might be contacted on the next shipment."
SO i sent one back asking what advantage it has to order immediately, feels as if we are the ones who are being punished, said it in a much nicer way and this was the reply back:
"I understand you pre-ordered it on the 1st day, just like lots of other customers, You will be notified once the next shipment comes in if you are the next in the batch."
Not very impressed with the way this was handled.

LoL how many times does SS has to explain that these statues are being shipped in split shipments?? I ordered day one as well, but what difference would it make to them if I ordered it 25 days later? How is SS punishing you? They handled your self-entitled 1st day preferential treatment email perfectly, I would have told you to F... Off with that first day BS lol
