Yeah, I was supposed to be charged yesterday, too. It didn't happen. Maybe the shipment came but SS got somehow got held up and they process today? We'll see.

At this point I'm more excited for Spider-Man and that charges tomorrow. As much as I want my Superman I'm not even mad if it's delayed again. There's still a lot of people waiting like us and I'm going to enjoy Spider-Man more anyway since I like him better as a character. Superman needs to come when I'm not getting anything else. But next month I should be getting Cap and I like him as a character better, too, and the details on Cap look amazing...poor Superman PF, an excellent statue but he's becoming such an afterthought...

I finally bit the bullet and sent an email asking for a status update on the Superman. I'm generally pretty patient but I haven't heard anything from them since the email way back in May saying some order were going to begin shipping on 6/6. The silence has been deafening. I'm expecting a cookie cutter answer back but I just want them to be aware that there is another unhappy customer.

Thank you for your recent order xxxxxxxx of the Superman Premium Format Exclusive statue. I am writing to inform you that due to the holiday weekend there have been delays at the port of Long Beach. We anticipate these items arriving later this week at which time we will begin processing your order. If there are any further changes to this schedule we will notify you immediately.

I'm currently waiting for my regular version of superman. Its gone from shipping in May, June, July and now shows August for the
regular version. I don't know of anyone that has received a regular version. Sideshow really screwed the pooch on this one,
but if mine arrives in perfect condition, I will forgive them.

i wrote back and said so this means mine will ship next week and i got a reply stating they cannot give a date even though the email says the item will arrive this week.....I am doubting this delay, I think it might be longer....I also asked if they were gonna provide anything to us customers for the hassle and delays and he said he would cancel the order and refund the NRD as the only resort....wow eh hehe
