Re: DC Collectibles doing Batman The Animated Series figures!!!!!

I picked up the Gordon wave the other day and I have to say that it seems like the quality gets better and better with each new release. Gordon, Ra's, Zatanna, Etrigan, and Klarion all have fantastic sculpts and great, clean paint apps. I also love how solid bigger figures like Etrigan are.

Can somebody on here watch this tonight and report back? (I won't be able to see it)

AFI's preview shot has Kevin Smith holding the Batplane and, in the top right background, you can see TNBA Joker with his hyenas!

Edit: I just found the promo on Facebook and took some screenshots.

You can see that they have Harley being grabbed by the front of the Batplane too.

Not too much to report unfortunately. The screen grabs you posted are the most they interact with the BTAS figures. They briefly look at the Batplane with it's new grabber arm, they turn on the Batsignal and show it can project onto a wall up close, Jim (half jokingly) asks Kevin if they should make buildings for the line in the future, and we get some one-second glimpses of Clayface and TNBA Joker.

Oh, that's disappointing. Well, thank you for watching and reporting! :)

Re: DC Collectibles doing Batman The Animated Series figures!!!!!

Still, really cool to see all this stuff on broadcast TV.

The Batwing is HUUUUGEEE! Clay face keeps looking better and better.

They added the arm to the Batwing!:yess: That's one of the things I emailed them about.

Re: DC Collectibles doing Batman The Animated Series figures!!!!!

I'd really love to have seen that 1 second glimpse of Clayface. Most anticipated figure at the moment.

Re: DC Collectibles doing Batman The Animated Series figures!!!!!

Here's a few more. So glad they added a claw arm to the Batwing! I hope they include some kind of mounting attachment or stand so it can look like it is in flight.

Re: DC Collectibles doing Batman The Animated Series figures!!!!!

Clayface looks to have gone a diet - he has got a waist in that side shot and not as huge as I keep imagining he will be based on that wider shot. Can't wait for his release!

Re: DC Collectibles doing Batman The Animated Series figures!!!!!

That's awesome - thanks vasq0034. Cannot wait to get him!

Re: DC Collectibles doing Batman The Animated Series figures!!!!!

I guess we won't be getting the Clayface wave anytime soon. They've all been pushed to November 30th now. :( (still no Firefly listed, though)

Where are you getting your information from? I noticed BBTS has all but Harley V2 from the next 2 waves listed as "3rd Quarter 2016". She is listed as September specifically. Over at Entertainment Earth they are all October other than Clayface who is "March 2017". Not sure how reliable any of these dates are.
