Awesome! This is exactly what I did but I found this process too time consuming to achieve the smooth effect. What "end" did you use for the dremel and grid for the sanding paper?

I have like 5 BTAS customs on my desk right now but everything is like 5-15% complete - no time

I know what you mean. I currently have about 4 in various stages of progress right now too. One of them takes 3-4 weeks when it could easily take a day or 2 if I had enough time.
I just used the standard grey dremel bit on the low setting and 400 grit sandpaper. The sandpaper was key because I was using 100 and it was awful. Here are my tools:

Yes, they have batteries in and really work

Thanks! Most of it is scratch built - the walls, floor, pillar, noticeboards, donut box. The rest such as the desks and lamps I sourced from various places.

I will have to keep an eye on that new board game. The upcoming Heroclix figures look pretty nice as well, although they might be a bit small for some collectors.
