I went and picked up Harley today after work and did a video and took some pictures of her. Really miss my digi camera for pictures, cause the digi camcorder is meh with them.

I put all that Joker money I made to use with her, I still got more to make but so far so good I think.

Here so goes in my just new Batman Shelf.

Just got the Movie Master Jokers in today as well.

To me it looks good but then I realize the money she has in her hand and by her feet only add up to $50 as of right now.

Hmm, Golden Apple said they didn't come out today. I stopped by especially because DCD sent an email out yesterday saying they'd be available.

They look okay - I think Harley's head sculpt will grow on me - I didn't think it was expressive enough, but it seems the direction was to make it like the Alex Ross cover of Harley's comic debut. (is that right Andy?)

The head sculpt I love, it's the DCD body I am not a fan of. I really want the ultimate Harley Quinn figure, because she's my favorite villain on an aesthetic level. Which is strange because it's such a simplistic costume. I just love it! I have a statue and AH! bust of her.

The head is pretty much 1/6 scale. Put her on a nicer, shorter scale body, and maybe take in the costume accordingly, and it should fit well. Either a CyGirl or other close body would work. Need to tweak the head mount, but it is possible.

And I thought SSC's lazy eyes were bad.....I'm not sold on the Sculpt, it looks really odd. I was hoping a little more Alex Ross since everything else is following that vein:

I'll wait for it to drop as most have in this line or hopefully a modern one with a better sculpt since this seems to be the classic version whether it says so or not.

I keep turning that exact idea over and over in my head. Just not sure i can do the sewing......

Just got Harley. Swapped the head ans suit onto the new Triad body. I didn't modify the suit at all and I just shoved the extra stocking into the shoes. I am most impressed by the gun with removable bullets. Might swap onto another body and do some sewing, but that is for another rainy day.

Oh man that actually turned out great! The costume is a little off but I'm willing to over look it. Head size is perfect! :banana
I now have to get Harley!!! :drool

I wish the excuse for the expression was that valid, but I think the subdued expression was actually a result of DCD being afraid to try exposed teeth on a female figure. They haven't had much luck with exposed teeth in a smile from a factory production standpoint (Joker figures aside, that character allows for some crudeness in that area). I think it can be done pretty easily but they were a little gun shy, hence the slight smirk instead of a full-on grin.

Now if only I can convince them to let me sculpt the heads in scale with those giant bodies.

I didn't realize Harley shipped already, can't wait to get mine and check her out.

If you don't mind me asking Andy but what other things are you suggesting to DCD regarding this line? Any chance for a fix on the cut joints and wrists?

Andy I noticed that your Wonder Woman PF face has changed. She's really showing more anger it seems. Well, from what I saw of the SDCC pics. Maybe it's just a newly and revised paint apps on her.
