I'm sorry to say but Carl has been banned here and you probably won't get your bust. I actually sent out my Colossus Com to be repainted by him and I just barely managed to get that back from him before he was banned. However, he didn't ship the EX COH that came with it. I also have been trying for months to get him to ship that COH back to me with no luck. Unfortunately, this is Carl's history and it just seems like a matter of time before it catches up with him.
