I started to watch that video but I refuse. If I want to enjoy this game then I have to stay away from the over hype. It's nothing but official trailers for me untill this game comes out.

It's not hype per say, just some nutty theories about well everything, it includes MGSV and PT.

The hype is an unfortunate side effect for me.

Whatever can be said about Brojima, the guy produces meta entertainment even without making games, I'm a tinfoil hat by nature, and I discovered apparently that extends to games too, but the only games that draw me to crazy theories are Half-Life and Kojima stuff.
