I've seen a corpse before. I didnt pass out. But I wouldnt reach my hand in there to get some candy. :lol

Seeing is not the same as cutting it open, removing the biohazard bag (assuming you got it from the coroners - otherwise it's a no deal), and stuffing it. I think you'd go green and your eyes would flutter and roll back with the first baseball stitch of the "Y" being cut. :lol

I do have a vivid memory of this one house that used to pass out candy, they would make some sort of wall with a slot in it over their front door, and the kids would have to stick their hands through it to get candy, completely unknowingly what was on the other side of the "door." If you got a treat, if was usually something good, like a full sized candy bar. If it was a trick, you'd end up putting your hand in a bowl full of artichoke hearts, or some other disgusting blind substance. It was a big hit in the neighborhood.

Sounds like fun. i do this with popcorn at the movies all the time lol.

but seriously, nowadays you will catch a lawsuit from that.

Very nice. My son was looking over my shoulder when I was viewing your pic and he said "Ooooooo, we need to buy that."

I told him "We can't, he made them."

"He made them? ... ... ... Whoa"

:lol:clap

Those NBX decoration are awesome!!! :love:thud:

I'm not feeling the usual setup this year so I'm may try my hand at making a couple things to make the house a little more spooky. Definitely want to invest in a fogger cause I really like the idea of opening the front door and mist pooring out and down the steps.

When we move to our new house, I'm definitely going to do this, but outside. I want them to have to go through the mist before they run into me in my Jason III costume. :lol

There is a house we trick or treat at that makes the kids work for their candy. They do their whole lawn like a graveyard and a hurst. Throughout the yard are decorations and people in costume, and it's *really* difficult to differentiate the two.

Then you need to enter the porch (which is completely blacked out) which is filled with monsters and props and scary sounds. Depending on the age of the kid, there might be a chainsaw wielding madman to chase you.

I want to buy I house just so I can do that.

That's just mean! :rotfl

At 6' 5" and 275, it was either Vader or Jason and I don't feel like dropping $5k on a Vader costume ($1k on Jason was more reasonable :lol). Plus, I got tired of all the kids who don't dress up and the douchy parents who don't either and carry bags expecting candy. I figure if they expect candy without dressing up, they still gotta earn it.

You will need a fog chiller as well for that effect. Just a fog machine and the mist will fill the area due to the temp. You need to cool the fog to have it "crawl" you can make on from a cooler, some hose, clamps, pvc tubing, and dry ice. Try sezrching "fog chiller" to get proper steps to make one of your own.

Couple ideas for you.... always making it yourself is cheaper than buying off the pegs. Thusly, rather than paying WalMart $$ for that olive or black "creepy cloth" just buy a large package of cheese cloth and dye it yourself.
A mask, old wighead, some old clothing always make a great dummy but build the dummy around an adjustable height ocillating fan (minus the fan blade and guard) and you can have the torso or head move left and right.
plwoodl sculptee and some paint and you can make great tombstones.thin pvc pipingl sculpee made "arrow tips", drill and black paint and you can make gothic wrought iron fences.
