Btw, Just Collectables has closed down
it's now some fashion store (needed another of THOSE on chapel street) with a few figures left in there...nice touch I guess. It was taken over by some new owners some time ago and they really...didn't seem to know what they were doing, or talking about...They stopped getting a lot of good stuff that would always have been a given with the previous owners, started putting cardbacked stuff on racks that damaged the packaging...could see it going downhill and now it's gone...such a shame
my brother and I are always discussing the possibility of one day opening such a store..
another great place for figures is Platos Records, in frankston. They sell a tonne of heavy metal music and tshirts but they also get a lot of figures, and they have a lot of older rarer stuff out the back I think..and occasionally get in some of the huge items, like one of the lifesize Chucky dolls etc..
You probably ARE best with a name that has 'figure' or 'figures' in it...maybe not Collectibles, cos it can be spelt either 'collectibles' or 'collectables' (I believe?) which can make it annoying for people to look you up on the net...I dunno
I also do love Get To Da Choppa Collectibles though...
