"For instance, take this guy, who suddenly discovers someone in his family secretly canceled his WoW account, and proceeds to freak the ^^^^ out. This epic video of his reaction is as insane as it is fabulous. Actually, it's so insane and fabulous it almost has to be fake, but between the kid hitting himself in the head with a shoe, throwing himself in the closet not once but twice, and most importantly, trying to shove a remote control up his own ass in rage -- well, I don't actually care if it's not real. And now I know this is how all World of Warcraft players deal with adversity, with no exceptions. Learning is fun!"

Even if its fake. Gotta love it.

WTF! If this is real then. :rotfl

At 1:10 he tries to put the remote up his bung? :duh

I used to play everquest for 3 years. It was really addictive. When I quit I made a decent chunk of change from selling off my characters, but I have never looked back. I promised myself I would never play another online type game again, and I have kept that promise. :D

I think the funniest thing about that video is when his shirt and pants disappear after he puts the blanket over himself. It was like a magic trick. :lol

This guy is freaking out for no reason (if it were real, which apparently it isn't).

When you cancel your WoW account, there is an amount of time before your characters are deleted in which you can call Blizzard and restore all your virtual belongings.

Funny video though.

I almost got pulled into WoW...but I heard waaaay to many horror stories about stupid people (like the kid in the video) that I said "No Thanks". :D

IMO, people who play WoW should never breed. Not that they ever get a chance being glued to their PC for hours on end.

Hell yeah, i need to learn that one :lol

............whats with trying to put the remote up his pooper??? :rotfl :rotfl :rotfl

Did anyone else see the sweet lighthouse display he has going? :dunno :huh :dunno

Totally fake. Someone that age does not act like that especially about something like that. Exorcist kid.

Now if this were real I would have come in that room with the belt and gave him a reason to be thrashing around like that.

Shoving the remote up his pooper? Why? My guess is he likes it and grabbed it as he was trying to think of things to do for the video and grabbed it out of habit... Nasty little turd.

I'm not so sure it's not real.....I mean I've seen meltdowns like that before....and it wasn't little kids.....the bashing themselves in the head with objects.....trying to rip apart pillows and thrashing themselves around. And sometimes it was over the silliest things....like misplacing something and not being able to find it....and then TOTAL MELTDOWN.

That was far too perfectly framed for a "hidden" camera.

And self-penetration via remote control is typically a celebratory act, not an expression of MMORP related angst.

My wife and I played EQ hardcore from 2000-2005 and casual for about another year. We quit because we found ourselves raiding five nights a week and mmorpg (especially EQ) are not very condusive to having a family. I have no desire to play another online game.

its almost like the WoW demons are coming out during a exorcism or something. By the end of the video its like "this child is cleansed".

Yeah, I knew this couple who was renting out a room in their house to this guy who was earning his PhD in physics and dropped out from playing too much WoW. They were throwing parties and everything and wouldn't ever see the dude except on a rare occasion when he'd emerge from the basement wearing that headset thing. What a loser.
