Mine arrived today. I only opened one of them, but there was a stickiness on the boots. No other part is sticky on that one that i opened.
Was it the boots on yours that were sticky?

Yeah the boots were the stickiest.
The headsculpts, weapon too.
Checked mine recently and its not as sticky.
I only washed it with hot water, might give it another go with some soap.
Still a cool figure cant wait for the next one.
