Sorry to dissapoint.

I agree, the trailer was great and instantly made me want to see this. That was one of the best trailers I've seen in a while. Different from the norm. It looks great imo , I'm a fan of M.Night's work. Sure he had a few crap movies but I loved Signs , Unbreakable and the Sixth Sense.
Say what you want about Shyamalan, but Quarantine was awesome!I don't like the current Shyamalan and I didn't like Quarantine, so this movie is in the 'pensively pessimistic' category for me.
Trailer was slickly made, though.
Well, M. Night has made a least a handful of 'good' films, something that can't be said about Boll....I don't think it's much of an exaggeration to compare him to the equally (but for different reasons) awful Boll.

You sure you understand what 'hyperbole' means? There is no exaggeration in either of the statements you quoted - in my opinion, he is one of the worst directors of the last ten years, no exaggeration. And I don't think it's much of an exaggeration to compare him to the equally (but for different reasons) awful Boll.
can i ask how you feel about being misleaded?
Looks good, but that means nothing. I have lost all faith in Shalamalamadingdongs movies. All his trailers look great, unfortunately 90% of his films blow.
And why is he so ostentatious that he has to include some of his old, crappy student (or childhood) films on some of his DVD releases? This guy is a total ******.
2008: The Happening (had a rabid dog gnaw on my testicles for 91 min to dull the pain)
Shamwow's problem was, after the Sixth Sense he became a one trick pony. EVERY movie he did after that had a twist/surprise ending. And it got old.. real fast.
Makes me wonder, had The Sixth Sense been 4th or 5th in the line up, instead of the first...would it still have been as great a movie? If we completely expected a twist ending I have a feeling a lot of people would have figured it out right away.
