Saw the pics at OSW and DiD has kicked it up a notch. Their WWII German figures make me wish they took a shot at a Red Skull figure. Some of the best I have ever seen.

Is this supposed to be Andy Garcia?

Very nice figures...DiD sculpts are getting better...I would like to add the LA SWAT. maybe the Depp (Public Enemies), DeNiro (Corleone)..I do like Ed Harris in the Marines uniform (is that from The Rock?) Also, as much as I want a good looking Bond figure...I think I like the ZWCO Daniel Craig version better..

Everything looked good to me, Churchill is a great figure, the SWAT figure looked cool (head looked similar to Goseling), Public Enemies and the Godfathers looked good, but the first German figure somewhat resembles Costner IMO, could be good for an Eliot Ness Untouchables bash, overall DID had some nice stuff.

Looks good overall. Wish someone took more shots of the Michael Corleone figure. That's the one out of this bunch I might pick up. Ed Harris likeness looks great, though kinda hard to tell.

Trying to get out of 1/6 stuff, but seeing the Saving Private Ryan figures made me change that... Where can I buy these in the US?

Their paint quality looks nice... Hopefully that translated to production figures. But not a single likeness actually impressed me. :(
Most interesting/tempting was that of Winston Churchhill! Looks to be a great figure, but not sure I'm too interested in getting historical figures.

Those are long gone...
Your best bet is ebay, although every now and then I see Miller show up in the for sale thread.

As for likeness, DiD doesn't have the licenses, so they can only get so close to the actor's likeness.

Hahaha Joy Kill!!!
Oh well. I'll give the bay a shot then! Thank you.

Does anyone know if the Hobby-Con EX Churchill will be available for order somewhere?

It's unlikely to turn up anywhere besides eBay. And I think I've only seen two pop up there. DID said it was limited to 500 pieces, which is actually kind of a lot, so I'm surprised there's not more available on the 'bay.

I don't really care much for it anymore, as the main appeal of that one was the tommy gun, now available in the Gangster figure, soooo. . . .

Great figures! At least someone is trying to make something different
