Dilemma in choosing which Hot Toys Iron Man model to buy

If price is no issue, buy VI; if you think it is too much then buy IV. The two are very similar in design. I personally don't see one being more appealing to the other. Forget III, the new armored body have got way too many new improvements over the old one that it makes III look bad.

I had this problem too but I have decided to go with VI, I just think the extra bucks are worth a battle damage and kinda non-battle damaged Iron Man. Also I would like it to be like the movie, in the movie IV never has a scene with War Machine and I would like to pose them both with the helmet up recreating the two in the scene before they start to kick ass!

Personally, between the Mk III and the BD Mk III I would recommend the BD version, you have the option to display him in a more or less intact condition, with the advantages of getting the newer figure.

Between the Mk IV and VI I would choose the IV, however this is down to personal preference between the two and my personal desire to have the hungover tony with red shades and donuts

Battle-Damaged Mark III!

I love the first Iron man movie and I want my Iron man figure from that movie.

I've decided to go for the Mark III BD, and if I'm not entirely happy, probably for the IV as well. Something about completely gold laps on the Mark VI doesn't sit very well with me xD
