Hello Secret Compass customers and friends,
A rumor was recently brought to our attention that Secret Compass "takes out stuff for display or for others to see." I would like to address this here on the forums, so it's in plain print.
This rumor is 100% FALSE. Secret Compass does NOT display anything we get in stock from Sideshow or any other manufacturer that ships to us. ALL merchandise comes to us factory sealed. We do inspect for damages as we are required to do by the manufacturers, but the figures/props do not leave the styrofoam unless we are looking for a specific problem, as directed by the manufacturer. This is standard procedure, for any Direct Dealer. Occasionally, if a customer asks for a more thorough inspection, or if a customer asks for photos to be taken of their actual product, we will take photos and then those photos could be used to show what we sell, on our Facebook page or website. Either way, the product immediately goes back into the box. We have NEVER taken a piece out of the box and displayed it, and then put it back in the box and shipped to a customer. That has never happened one time in the 9+ years we have been in business, and anyone making this claim is not telling the truth.
