Unless it's Star Wars or Marvel. The was the big announcement, 5 products in teh first year or so and yet now, just one on pre-order (Hook).
I keep looking forward the the weekly newsletter, hoping for some PF news, only to walk away disapointed yet again.

If SSC had any sense they would be selling these products in every Disney store across the world, through Sky Mall catalogs, etc. This license could have made the company EXPLODE.
Honestly, if this forum were to close down they would flat go out of business. They rely on this place for almost all of their sales and there just aren't enough Disney fans in this sausage fest of a internet site to support it.

They DID mention a pf of a Tron villain in the latest Q and A...
But that said, I have also been disappointed that the line seems to be crawling to a halt. I am guessing we'll see Jessica at SDCC.

I wouldn't do Sky Mall catalogs. I know its silly, but I feel like that would cheapen it. Still selling them in Disney Stores would be a great idea. In the parks too. If they can sell Marvel PF's and 1:1 busts at Islands of Adventure, Disney parks can sell the PF's.

It would be nice to see classic charaters given the PF sideshow treatment... Mickey Mouse as the Sorcerer's Apprentice, Donald Duck in his sailor suit.... Minnie Mouse in her skirt and shoes, Uncle Scrooge with his ascott and top hat, and Goofy in his PF clothing... The Villians are great, but there is so much more... How about the HitchHiking Ghosts from the Haunted Mansion with interlocking bases.. in 1/4 scale..( collect all three) not to mention other ghosts from the Haunted Mansion... Let's go Sideshow!!!!...

I completely agree, detail, clothing, base and paint scheme would have to be high marks... again, I think theres so much more to having the classic charaters made than just Disney's "big figures" or smaller figurines ... A PF Peter Pan to go with the Hook.... A Snow White to go with the evil Queen, Again, maybe sideshow already has these in the pipeline down the road... they may...
I'm not sure but did I read somewhere they are relaeasing the Old hag to go witht he Evil Queen??? I did a Custom 1/4 Evil Queen for a client a while ago and she was great fun to make!

Exactly not only statue collectors but loyal fans of the ride who have shelled out much bucks for just so so mansion figures and collectibles.
Also, whay not PF's based on the actual Pirates Ride as well.. some of these animatronic ride characters are renowned the world over not to mention the iconic..(Hatbox Ghost)... (The Auctioneer from pirates).. and so on... Many die-hard Disney fans would scoop theses up, limit them to 500-750, with a price range $299-$349. Sideshow would no doubt get access to all the reference material they needed... Why not call it the "Disney Imagineer Line"....

We aren't sure it's the Old hag. The SS Q&A hint from some time ago now was:
"Some girls aren’t bad they’re just drawn that way. Some are always drawn to apples, juicy delicious and dangerous apples."
That clearly has to be Jessica, and to me, that implies Snow White, as being a girl and drawn to eating an apple.
It's just that at this stage, we have yet to hear anything else. With luck both are well underway and will show up for SDCC (at least one being a pre-order).
It is also my hope that both of those will give the line a new kick and help to move things along. Assuming that SS get it right (ie same quality as the Evil Queen), then both of those just have to be hot sellers. Jessica will sell, due to it being Jessica and with the Evil Queen actually on Sold Out status, it's hard to think that may who have that PF, won't rush to get a matching Snow White as well. While those that have missed out on the Evil Queen, will grab Snow in the hope of picking up the Queen at some stage.
