Sorry guys, polls don't do it for me and I think they're a waste of time in the long run. I think it would be more effective to just post on their site about your QC concerns (in a civilized manner even?). I'm usually not completely happy with at least 50% of their products. There's plenty of pieces I don't buy from them, even those licenses I normally would get, because I'm dissatisfied with it -- for QC issues, sculpt, subject, or whatever else seems to hit me wrong. I totally agree that QC and consistency are very important, and when I perceive lack of either/both, I exercise my power -- my wallet (as a consumer, it IS power).
What I truly don't understand is, if you are that dissatisfied, then why put yourself thru the stress and the heartburn? Would you continue to buy fruits and veggies from a grocery store that you feel has consistently poor specimens? I'd think you'd start going to another grocery store; you might complain to the manager about it, but in the long run, you'd probably go elsewhere since you know you really can't control how that grocery store gets its products from a wholesaler.
It's your money to spend as you like, but there are other companies out there. Even if they don't have the license now, they may get it in future. I'm sure there's plenty of other pieces you can buy from them to keep you occupied until they (might) get access to the franchise. You DO have options: buy or not to buy.
