I'm no fancy doctor, but I think that with the natural body movements along with the forces of gravity, any guts and ingested food would eventually make its way through the zombie's digestive tract and yes, make it's way out the bum.

So that begs the question, what color is zombie poop?

red, as in blood red, as in the food just gets pushed and destroys the insides

I don't know if they poop, but another question comes to mind, why don't wild dogs or wolfs attack zombies, you would think there smell of rotting meat would attract wild animals like ringing the dinner bell. Thats what happens to dead things left in the wild why not zombies right

Probably goes both ways. Zombies would eat the dogs and the dogs' sixth sense probably tells them to stay away.
