THe Punisher vest from the VTS set is removable. You could use that.

You can still paint it using diluted acrylics.

Oh ok I tried your way you told me with the color remover and dying for the bsaa shirt to get it right , I haven't yet , do you have a pic of yours so I can see what color my goal is ?
