Hey @weisun79 were there any updates on the Daenerys and the TDK Batman figure?

Also, what was this event exactly? I see they’re hosting an exclusive Fan Event next weekend. But you had also shared pictures of other figures posed by fans at this exhibition. Was it the same event or should we expect something different next week?

I think there is an event this weekend in JP..
The event I attended was a QueenS, IA and Morfig fan and dealer summit here in Malaysia…
Just some future plans sharing via presentations and q&a.. all the figures are 1/3 gandalf,aragon and batfleck.. some 1/12 darkknight and teased brucelee.. and 1/6 are all announced or released. Except for Thorin I think.

Sorry, no mention about any 1/6 GoT and BatBale.

Daenerys is a TV icon. I want this figure!
I'm also hanging on to it because I really want to own a Inart figure but unfortunately they only do IPs that I don't care about except Harry Potter and GoT. But I would prefer HP figures from at least the fourth movie.

There is also Harley Gaga but I bet they scrapped the idea since the movie flopped

Buffy is arguably the best female TV character of all time, and the show is great, so yeah that would be cool. I don’t think the character and especially not the brand is popular as Daenerys/Game of Thrones in pop culture and especially not in the 1/6 market. The demand is low(er), but that’s just my perception. But yeah, like you said, in an ideal world, they’d make it. There’s lots of things that are critically good that should be made but won’t by these large licensed companies, imo.

Some tv icons would be great. One of my favorite series ever is Seinfeld, so I’d love if they would pick that up as unlikely as it is. Could you imagine a rooted hair Kramer lol? Maybe I’m the only one who would get them, but I’d love to have the main 4 in the collection.

I recall when they mentioned they have the AMC Breaking Bad license but not in the current plans. Perhaps they get around to it after TWD.

I’d definitely go for Walter, Jesse, Saul and Mike.

For sitcoms- I think the only tv characters I’d legitimately buy would be the cast of Friends.

For drama, I’d still take a good Cillian Murphy Thomas Shelby, especially since InArt were interested in the license, but couldn’t get it at the time due to the now out of business BCS holding it. I’m hopeful that with the movie coming soon, InArt go back to get the license and make proper figures that show deserves

Friends is another really popular one I’m surprised no one has done. Like Seinfeld, there’s a lot of looks they could pick from all the seasons.

When has a company like Hot Toys or INART, hell even Threezero, Asmus or StarAce ever done IPs that aren’t toyish like Friends or Seinfeld? These characters don’t even wield guns or anything.
