i still don't understand why they went with yellow backhead. i guess the painter thought it was an acid reservoir.

would be so much better if the color was normal, as it was on first photos.

i wonder if his mouth closes, like on A2.

They were probably trying to cheaply mimic the airbrushed effect used on the rear underside of the dome on the ADI fullsize and 'Hero' heads. The Gino Acevedo paint apps on the ADI props are really intricate and nearly impossible to replicate.

Got this today for xmas (Thanks to the Mrs), it is really well detailed and as usual pics don't do it justice. It's not quite on the same level as the Big Chap but then again the creature design isn't either. The mouth looks completely fine on it at such a small scale, but yeah it still has the yellow back to the head.

Got one too. Color is DARK. Dome is almost all black.
