This is strange, it's news to me. As far as I knew usually their items are available to all, even if they're exclusive.
All of a sudden this this item is restricted Certainly is baffling.

I'm sure., One way or another TZ will make it available for their consumers.

But you would think that noi would have brought an issue like this instead of
EBisu.
