I've been slowing following this release, and this latest trailer actually gives me a little hope that this won't be just another dog **** game like the few that have been released over the last few years.

I'm with you Plissken. I love the DBZ fighting games.

However, Battle of Z...the last release...was horrible. The "mini-game" you played when moving in close completely took away from the fighting element of the game. That major turn-off pushed me away from that game. Ultimate Tekaichi was alright.

My favorite recent ones are Raging Blast 1 & 2. LOVED the story mode of Raging Blast 1, especially the side-story battles. Raging Blast 2 added more...but the galaxy mode didn't compare to the old story mode.

I hope Xenoverse has the depth people say it does!

Raging Blast 2 to me was the best thing since Tenkachi 3. I'm glad the character creation is pretty deep this time around. I played the demo for Battle of Z and absolutely hated it.

Eh.. I'd have to agree with krec, the stories are getting old, and there's only so much they could do with new side-stories before it becomes bland and derivative. Even my knowledge of DBZ only stretches back to the episodes of the Cell Games .

I'm really excited for this game, it looks like it's taking the hint from Budukai Tenkaichi 3 and that was the best DBZ game ever! Plus Vegito is the best

This may be it Bio. That gameplay vid let be breathe a whole lot easier. Can't believe were getting Super Saiyan God, and Super Saiyan 4 in the same game

The videos and gameplay look REALLY good, so I hope they don't drop the ball with the controls or anything.

I like the storyline too, it's a clever way of re-doing all the saga battles that they've done constantly in all the other DBZ games.

Well the game has been out since the beginning of the month in Japan... I've been following info on it and I think I'm bailing on it. It's probably got the most uninspired ultimate attacks in any of the games released I think.

All of Goku's forms Regular/Super Saiyan 1-2-3-God ultimate attacks are Spirit Bomb... like really?

This game has been getting nothing but good reviews from fans and such... The first week in Japan it sold over 80,000 copies... The second week was a total of 107,000 copies... This was only on ps4/ps3 mind you but still this is very good.. So far it has out sold Battle of Z,Ultimate Tech,Raging Blast 1/2. And it's only in its second week in Japan.. We'll get it's third week numbers by Tuesday or Wed... This is dimps they know what they are doing.. Not your copy and paste crap that spike has done for the last 8 years.... I'm getting it Tuesday so will give my review of it soon.
