Grab a a nice sharp pocket knife and pry the foot open from the bottom. It's really not that hard. Slide the knife in the crack of the bottom of the foot and turn it clockwise (or counter) and it should break right off. You're trying to get the adaptor out right?

Thanks. I'm using one of the dark orange older feet. I think that's the problem. There is a seal but it's not breaking at all and I even ripped the other one apart after melting it and it still wouldn't move.

I think for future figures it would be a lot easier if the foot would simply slide into the shoe.

I found it really hard too mate. Have you got a hacksaw? That's what I used in the end. I cut from the heel and popped the bit out. Hang in I'll do a pic....

Then I popped the bit out with a screwdriver, it need a bit of breaking out as it seemed glued in.

FINALLY !.

Only around fifty broken feet , two plastered fingers , a load of dirt from a tool box everywhere the dude has feet !.
His finaly resting place until I get the head back painted , then I'll find a pose I like.

And the battlefield.

I can't belive I'm going to have to start messing around with this again eventually to get the head back on , I'm scared of it now.
