I think I could have the same attitude. Like he says, you do what is best for your situation and don't look back. You don't get do-overs in every part of life, and regret is a waste of energy.
But yeah, if I were Jobs, I would give him a half-million dollars or so anyway, given what he did for the company. That's chump change for those guys.
