There's a "do not photograph" on the Snape so hopefully he's not finished. And his cloak is black, but his robes are navy. I never would have thought that from seeing the movie. Even if it is accurate, I hope they change it - it just doesn't look right.

I just finished watching Sorcerer's Stone and his outer robe is black, but his clothes seemed like they were a different color (maybe even dark purple). Hard to say since he was in shadows or low lit areas most of the time.

Right on!!! Gambon is a flamboyant joke in comparison to the portrayal by Harris and the Dumbledore defined in the books. Looking forward to his death in HBP to rid us of this stupidity for a little while.

Is there even a timetable for the release of Vold?

Well on Gentle Giant's website they claim he and Harry were released this month. But I'm guessing they aren't reliable.
