I just watched the new futurama movie and Night at the museum.
I can say in all honesty that both were a major disappointment. They Sucked!
It was a waste of Christmas money.

I have only watched the first and was not very impressed. So I have not watched any of the others.
I think I must be getting crotchety in my old age. Very few films live up to my expectations.

The last bad movie i'v seen is Anacondas: The hunt For The Blood Orchid a few years ago. My mom bought it on DVD because she thought it might be good. I don't mess up when i buy DVD's or go to the movies so i havnt seen any sucky movies since. I have seen a few that didn't quite live up to expectations.

And i think The Fountain is great.

What a bloated mess, I thought it would never end.

I literally fell asleep halfway through the movie when I saw it at the theater on opening weekend (granted, it was a Midnight show). I do have the Blu-Ray, but haven't been inspired to watch it again yet.

IMHO, that franchise really jumped the shark (or, jumped the kraken) in the last 2 movies, ala The Matrix sequels.
