DX02 residue in abdominal area, has yours shown signs of it?

So I bought another DX02 off eBay. It's brand new from the DC Direct batch. I looked under the abdomen and no oil. However, there's some clear plastic separating the two rubbers. Anyone else have one like this?

That was the quick fix for the second run.

Both of my came perfect, looks like they solve the problem.
