anyone else notice sellers can't leave negative feedbacks anymore. not sure what to think about this .

I think this is due to Sellers giving negative feedback out of spite. Lets say I pay right away and my package comes two months later. I have every right to give that seller negative feedback, then more then likely he will give it right back to me. Even though as a buyer I did nothing wrong. This happens a lot, and it happened to my girlfriend not so long ago, hence the new rules (I think).

But whats the worse a buyer can really do? Not pay for an item? Not as bad as a seller not sending an item. I agree that the system is not perfect, but it sure as hell wasn't perfect before this either.

No how about paying for an item you sending an item and then they file a complaint and paypal takes you money away! and your ^^^^ed 1500!!! how bout that!

I hate it that I can't warn anyone of a seller/buyer that is a dick, but I also like it because I can't get neg. feedback froom some dick who thought that it would be fun to ruin my feedback score.

I am no longer giving buyers positive feedback unless the do the same for me first. If they give me a positive but leave me a crappy seller rating, no positive for them.

Yeah, thats what its going to turn into now. The sellers just won't leave anything until they get a + so there will be lots of buyers with low feedbacks if they don't leave +'s first.
