The hospital sending him home with antibiotics after being informed that he had been in a country suffering from an Ebola outbreak might be a good place to start. I'm not saying whether they deserve to be compensated or not, but that was just a monumental **** up.

Actually, if he would've told them that he was exposed when he knew he was, maybe they could've helped him then. The hospital never experienced this before and though I'm not sure, didn't he lie about things at first?

Excalibur, the dog belonging to a Spanish nurse infected with Ebola, was euthanized Wednesday by authorities despite a global social media campaign to prevent its death. The 12-year-old mixed-breed pooch was put down following a court order from officials seeking to prevent the spread of the virus.

Would have been so difficult to test the dog before doing so? That's ****ed up . I understand the outcry. It bothers me a little that a dog who that woman prolly considers to be equal to a family member in a lot of ways gets killed off like a lab rat.

From what I heard, nobody knew the person he got Ebola from had it until well after the fact. That woman died, but was never tested initially I beliefe

That's infuriating. I can honestly say, if it were my dog, well....let's just say they might have a SERIOUS problem trying to take him.

Well, as a species we need some culling: our planet cannot sustain the numbers of people on it. Nature always finds a way to balance itself.

Damn straight. He wanted what he wanted (and now), and that was apparently reason enough to expose one of the most densely populated states in the country to a violently lethal virus.

What if he had it, knew it, and decided to risk lives so that he could see his friends and family before he died? Hard to argue with that kind of motivation. Also hard to argue against banning travel out of countries with active epidemics.
