As far as I know I still think he’s a fictional character he’s not real but you never know

Unfortunately I also have/see some flaws:
- Blades are real metal but painted in silver and that paint has some small imperfections
- On the Base are 3 or 4 bristles from a brush stucking in the paintjob.


Does anyone have experience with ECC in terms of dealing with quality issues?

That's strange.. the eyes on your Freddy are green.. they should be blue..

It was confirmed by ECC that Robert didn't use lenses in Dream Warriors and his eyes are blue.
What bothers me is that both pictures are production pieces but they have different eye colors.. they should all be blue.

Well I just checked the eyes on my Freddy bust and they are definitely green..
I must say that the green color in the above picture (post #155) is exaggerated by the flash.. in person they look more natural but it's 100% green not blue (and no I'm not color blind).
I'm very disappointed.. wasn't there a QC at the factory?

Mine are green too...

I'm also very disappointed and I think that's not okay for the prices we are paying for this pieces.
