logic like the fact that prety much anything with Wolverine in it sells at above average numbers? :lol

Yeah, that too. :lol

I remember when the Wolverine Comiquette went up for pre-order, there were LOTS of people who said they didn't like it very well for one reason or another. Like a fool, I fell victim to the group-think and canceled mine, thinking I might be able to get a deal later. Now that comiquette sells for more than double its original price, so I doubt I'll ever find a good deal on one again.

Make that 874 people who liked it, I bought it hoping it would be a smash hit and I could trade it for a SSW piece:monkey5

I never said the people who liked it all liked it as part of their own collection. I would hazard a guess that if it does turn out to be a smash hit, and you can use it to barter for a piece you really want to keep, then you will "like it" for having served that purpose, no? ;)

Ummm... No. That would be the REGULAR edition, not the EXCLUSIVE. The ES of the EXCLUSIVE edition is 875, and it's sold out.

ummm, you're right. the exclusive version isn't available at a retailer. but your logic is flawed. 875 people that like it not counting flippers. :lol

Which I am sure was at the heart of the decision. Let's remember back when Sideshow cared about a low ES like in the Wolvie Vs Sabretooth Ex or the Wolvie Comiquette Ex...

You can blame them but at the same time (from a business point of view) you can not. Regardless, the days of classic/negative Spideys and Grey Hulk Vs pieces with low ES are over. This just confirms it.

I wouldn't be surprised if Sideshow still throws out a super limited item every now and again. Of course you are probably right since Stealth Iron Man was supposed to be this years super low es item.

Watch them do a SUPER LOW ES of this statue (like 50) that has lights. I might just cry if I don't get one of those.:monkey2:monkey2:monkey2

When it first shipped you could have gotten deals on it. It didn't go up in price for a while. I think it was waiting till I sold mine for what I paid. Then it went up.:lol:lol:lol

Ya know, after seeing this a few times now, I actually like it more than #2 - they both are lacking, but at least Wolverine on his own (with his mask ON) looks cool...
