An Entertainment Earth Exclusive! Darth Stewie emerges as the Dark Lord of the Sith in the Family Guy episode "Blue Harvest." This splendid Acme Character KeyTM comes double matted with a title tag and certificate of authenticity. The exquisite piece is composed of a cel layer floated over a lithographic background and features a striking color rendition of the character along with a background of sketches and a color reference. Matted measurements are 8-inches by 6-inches. Limited edition of 1,000 pieces. Order yours while you still can! Final product pending licensor approval.
Designed exactly as the character appears in the 2007 Family Guy episode, Darth Stewie is a menacing Dark Lord of the Sith despite being only 1-year old. He's a little short for a Sith Lord, but he's strong enough with the Force to control great power within the Empire. However, that doesn't mean he's capable of selling his Los Angeles condo!

I'm actually considering getting one...

I'd rather have a Spaceballs Dark Helmet key... and that one is pretty close.

1. There is already way too much merchandise from this one freakin' episode. Why does every television event have merchandise associated with it now? (Another example is The Office, where they sold the shirts online after the show)

2. He has the wrong lightsaber.

The wrong lightsaber has to do with the joke that was running through the episode about "Everyone having one of these".....Everyone's hilt was the same from Obi's to Luke's to Vader's to the Bug Zapper that hit Watto to the Cheese spreader that Han had in his gift basket.

I think it's a cool idea doing things from this show, I hope they get into figures from it, but some of these are pieces are just poor in image choice and unexciting; they should have done more dynamic and interesting compositions and people would have bought more. So far, the only piece I've ordered is also the only piece that's impressed me, is the ANH-styled poster.

I was tempted by the ANH-style poster, but I think the main problem is just that the episode wasn't that great. I mean, it was twice as long as a normal FG episode, but had half as many laughs, and there was too much straight recreation of the original movie. It wasn't bad or anything, but it also isn't something that I feel the need to buy a bunch of memorabilia for.

Darth Stewie was the only thing the show was worth. I was pretty underwhelmed by the whole thing, including Stewie, but the concept of Darth Stewie makes me smirk, so this key is a temptation.

And just for the record, the pedophile as Obi-wan was as dumb as a styrofoam rock.

The problem is that the episode was hyped too much. It was a true Family Guy episode - humor and all - so if you never liked FG, you were destinied to hate Blue Harvest too. I loved the episode. Don't get me wrong ... it was no where near as good as "To Live and Die in Dixie" or "I am Peter, Hear Me Roar" but I laughed more than I groaned - that's what qualifies a good FG ep for me. I do think that it should have been 30 minutes. The few problems I had with bits could have been eliminated if it had been trimmed down to 30 minutes.

Also, technically, Herbert isn't a pedophile - just a horny old homosexual. While Chris' age has never been established, he is in High School, so he's skirting the child moniker. And, the show has never shown or implied he's had sex with a child/teenager. In fact, the humor in Herbert is how badly he fails. He wouldn't be funny if he was baggin' boys left and right like Quagmire and the ladies.

P.S. However, I do find it funny/ ironic that Lucasfilm made the writers tone down/ remove the incest jokes, but gave them free reign with Herbert. Makes you go hmm ...

If he isn't a pedophile, why was he lusting after Stewie in the episode where it showed he had taken over Chris's paper route. Plus when Stewie said whatever he said to him, his response was something like: "We got a fighter."

That's the one character on the show that I really can't stand and wish they would stop putting him in episodes. Other than that I love the show.

I don't mind the character, I just don't think he should be in every episode like he is now.

I dunno, I just get tired of a 200 y/o dude trying to **** his paperboy. It doesn't keep me from watching the show or anything. I just see it as a character they could do w/o.

I think it is funny in small doses, but every episode is overkill.

He wasn't lusting after Stewie but another boy younger than Chris, I remember that episode because that kid bullies Chris and Peter accidentally beats him up then they make up over playing legos. Herbert though is a pedophile, Chris is in High School and not a senior and all the jokes are meant to be taken in that fashion or else why would there be so many "Don't tell or you'll get in trouble" innuendos. That character is funny in doses but too much is definitely overkill just like the Gay Counselor whom in the Star Wars episode played Greedo, he is being overused as well.

I am referring to the episode after Blue Harvest where Chris and Meg get jobs at a convenience store. There is a scene in that episode that shows what I was referring to.

Yep, I know the one you're talking about. It's not the same as the one where a bully pushes Chris out of his paper route.

Ah got it. I haven't seen the episode after Blue Harvest yet its sitting on my TiVo. Either way you slice it the guy is a ****.
