These are made from the exact mold of the developing companies. Brian mention that the reason the helmet is made of fiberglass is because the actual helmet you see in the movie is also made the way. They are just staying true to the original props. I'm actually considering buying these .

Besides, it's hard to justify buying any collectible if you are only taking the materials in consideration. "-$470 for the Tumbler? It's just plastic!"

Nevertheless its gonna be a slighter more durable/ sturdy material then plastic. I dont care about a felt liner and chrome paint. being realistic. $200 should be tops

Exact mold so what, Thats the only card they have to play. Thats not enough to make me buy. its way overpriced

Your on buddy lol. Just saying its cheap material. For all that money it could be made of aluminum plating at least. Theyre taking fans for a ride here.

No, but two people (from RPF) that got to hold it said it was heavy/had a nice weight to it. Brian also mentioned it was heavy.

very nice would you say at least 12 kg? I was very turned off by the Museum Replicas and how light that was. what is the majority of the material made of and is it sturdy enough to twirl around without damaging it?

Oh boy I can see alot of wii remote-esque accidents waiting to happen. Id hold /swing mine around but not gutsy enough to swing it by its hilt. EFX needs to put a disclaimer that swinging by hilt will not cause flight.

I finally pre-order the helmet. Has been struggle getting this for a few days, since I live outside US. But now you can order from eFX and you don't have to live in US. Bring on the Shield!!!
