Careful with the houses, theyre bugged.
Things don't stay in place.
It's like a bomb goes off when you open the door.
Obliv had the same bug.

Man I want to see a house bomb!
Everything stays where I put it.....I like my bug free version far far less.

Had it happen to me in the house in solitude. Any random object that the devs placed that wasn't on a cabinet, dresser. . .etc that I had already placed stuff in went all over the place.

Very irritating. But the object I placed haven't moved.

It a good thing there are dressers and cupbords or our Houses would end up looking like those on that show, "Hoarders". :rotfl

The houses really disappoint me in this game. (Though I've only seen two. The cheapest at Whiterun and the most expensive in Solitude) There is SOOOOO much wasted space in the Solitude house. I'd even say, the Whiterun house has better storage than the house in Solitude. Whiterun has two chests where Solitude has one (and a safe) The Alchemy area in the Solitude one has no "cabinet type" storage for ingredients, but it has a bookshelf. The Enchantment area = no storage, but it has bookcase. There is no glass display cases, yet the Arch Mage's courters does. Solitude has 4 weapon plaques (two of those are for shields) a three slot weapon rack (in a dark, dank corner) and a two slot weapon rack. And on top of it, the house has a room in the basement larger than your bedroom with nothing it except two barrels and a couple sacks.

Keep in mind this house is huge and has three levels (for those who haven't seen it).

It's like the only reason the house is 25k is because of the dummies you can put armor on. Lame.

I'm most disappointed that out of all the unofficial mods they've adopted over the years, they still won't include bed rolls and tents so you can set yourself up in the wild somewhere.

The graphic models are already there since you come across numerous bandits camping, why not let the player do the same if they choose to!

Everything will be modded to perfection on the PC
but if your on the 360 we can hope for a bone or some great DLC.
But Bethesda patches usually take along while.

Good to know about the house in Solitude. I won't waste money on it. The WhiteRun House will do me fine for now.

And they've done it in Fallout, why not TES.

Finished the Main Story, Dark Brotherhood and the Theif Guild Quest lines. LOVING This game. So addicting and its unbelievable how much time gets sucked away when youre playing!

I am in that crazy cannot wait to get home from work put everone to bed and play as much as i can before squeezing a lil bit of sleep in and repeat the next day phase... this only happens to me in the gaming world all to few and far between but this is why i love to gaming for those moments where a game just consumes your thoughts when you are away, and i love it :thud:

Anyone get reminded of Christmas when they opened the game. When l opened mine l smelt something strange that for some reason reminded me of Christmas, it was the map on the thick paper, it smelled like a pine tree.:lol

This game is just too incredible for words.

I'm in the middle of the quests at The College of Winterhold.

I've put as much time into this side quest as I normally would on a regular game's entire storyline.

And this isn't even the main storyline!

A M A Z I N G!!!

Yeah the story wasnt mind blowing, like you I just liked uncovering new parts of the wasteland and the enemies were great.
Some of the traps too like the hanging grenades :lol
I think I will give this a try maybe christmas time.
Skyrim and cod will keep me busy in december/january

Skyrim has some awesome traps

some caves have pressure plates that trigger a boogie trap involving a mammoth skull swinging down and oneshoting you

Has anyone else run into an Orc that wanted a 'Good Death'? I did and tried to talk him out of it, but he wouldn't have no part of it. He had two sabertooth at his feet. Needless to say I granted his last wish.

I have decided that this game was worth the money. When I see it selling for thirty bucks next year, I will not kick myself and feel like I should have waited. No regrets getting this one at full price.
