I like IM but I'd like to see more characters come out before another IM.
Flaming gets you banned now.
meh... he made a moronic statement and your previous rants about how flipping statues of superheroes is wrong because it goes against what a FICTIONAL CHARACTER stands for proves it. so it was really just an observation.

Scalping statues is wrong because it violates the golden rule. All things that violate the golden rule are wrong. Superheroes are about using super powers to fight for greater justice. Super heroes are about in effect, in a fight of good versus evil, which is what the golden rule is about. Alsom I DO have common sense when it comes to edition size, because MOST people ie the most common opinion, is that you make enough of something to satisfy the market in order to achieve the greatest profit. That IS the most COMMON business model there is, and is what most people expect. MOST things in the world are made according to demand and so therefore, that is the most common sense concept of manufacturing ANY product. You COULD argue that my sense on this issue is TOO common, in the sense that it does not agree with the highly specialized market of limited edition collectibles, which is anything BUT common. As far as that goes, you might very well be right. My attitude is that although physical things like art and collectibles can be very fulfilling, it doesn't make sense to make them TOO expensive and difficult to obtain, because there are more important things to focus your time and energy pursuing, like the spiritual and metaphysical realms, and particularly mysticism. It would be better to have these collectibles more affordable and abundant so that one could spend less time earning money (or scalping) to buy these, and more time on more time and energy on more meaningful pursuits, like spiritual development and metaphysics. I think that all great art can be inspirational towards the path of self improvement, and there is no good reason why it should be far too difficult to afford. That is the real place I am coming from when I think that collectibles should be more affordable.

What is this "Golden Rule" you speak of?
