I know who originally sculpted this, but the face was different before, smirking instead of smiling. I wonder if this headsculpt is another Trevor redo.

Unless they've made any other changes from the original concept, when you take the robe off, she will be in lingerie.

Pre-order is next week, so I guess we'll find out then. I hope it comes out somewhere around Halloween. Christmas just wouldn't feel right, and sometime next year is too long to wait.

Agreed SilentSurfer. This needs to be a Halloween release. Hopefully Sideshow can make it happen.
I passed on the first Elvira. Looked a little too cartoony in the face for my liking but I might be inclined to pick this one up. Looks good so far. Full reveal might seal the deal.

I originally ordered the Ex of the first one, was too disappointed in the cartooniness of it, and sent it back, but because I'm too big an Elvira fan, I ended up taking advantage of one of the damaged package offers Sideshow had on a regular one, and got her back.
Then I removed the lame little bat from her finger. Looks better, but now she has nothing to hold. When this new one comes out, I'm going to see if it's pheasible to take the head off of one and put it on the first Elvira figure. I need her to have the classic dress, and I don't mind big, cartoony boobs.
It was also missing the knife, but I was able to cast and paint a new one.

I think she looks really good and I think the likeness is spot on. I'm not sure if I'll get her because, while she's a cool character, I am not a huge Elvira fan.
I was thinking of getting her to go with Vampirella before they announced the Lady Death. Now, I am thinking of just sticking with Lady Death.
