I sent you a PM giving my addy and letting you know that the deal was fine by me... that at least I would not be totally OUT and losing money. I assumed it would be taken care of from that point. I knew you were having hard times back then and I didn't want to hound you.

If I would have gotten something in the mail, I would have PM'd you instantly to let you know.... AND I would have left feedback.. Which I never did.

I gave you the benefit of the doubt that it would eventually ship. It just never did.

Really it just came down to me being naive and a bit too nice. I know what is is like to fall upon hard times and to be behind on shipping... So I tend to let people do whatever they can... when they can. I don't like to micromanage things when I make deals.

Doug, I know it's been a while since I contacted you... Mainly because I was doing my best to be nice and not hound you about it. But a loooong time ago we made a deal. I traded you two figures, Medi Jack Sparrow and SPR Hanks customs for a few Buffy figs and Aragorn... which you said got lost in the mail..

And later we decided that you would send me an Aragorn only, to settle our deal... I agreed... Nothing ever came, no further correspondence. And I really just forgot about it and let it go, until I saw the thread with other people talking about being duped by deals with you. It reminded me and I added to the festivities...

I don't know why you haven't cleared everything up, I know if I noticed a thread with my name in it... calling me out for being late on repaints or something... I would respond and do my best to make it right.

You haven't done that at all, you've left us all hanging. Some you have fixed the deals with, but I still feel like I got really screwed over. You got two figures from me, basically for free.

I don't know how two boxes could be "lost" while being sent to me. Especially from the same person. Seems a bit suspect.

I never mailed you two packages. I never mailed the second Aragorn, because it was my understanding that the issue was over. I wish I still had the PMs but that's the truth. I am willing to send the Aragorn, just send me you address.

I want to fix this and mail out the DVDs I sent out this morning, then I am done with this crap. To be vilified for this - to be compared to Pelayo of all people for 1 trade is ridiculous. I am going to fix this thing with Josh. I like him. Maybe it was a misunderstanding. Dave, give me a week to do that. Then, feel free to erase my account.

This seems to be completely blown out of proportion and a witch hunt by those who have no stake in it except the need to vilify someone.

`The situation with Gundam was resolved - he said so himself.
`The thing with Darkartist seems to be approaching some resolution.
`So Teemu's problem hasn't been addressed by Doug.

The rest of the ill will seems to be slow shipping and backing out of a couple of trades where no money or items changed hands.

I'm the first to get rid of people that are real scammers, but that doesn't appear to be the situation here.

I would tend to agree with the mob on this one, there has been a pattern of incomplete deals... but more bothersome is the lack of attention paid to PMs and messages sent to him attempting to resolve them.

Mistakes happen, but if someone ignores them that is a concern for me.
