Here's my new comics Batman.

THis time i wanted him more dirty and worn looking and alos more buffed.

So i resculpted on an advanced tt to give him more muscle definition and a bit exagerated to make him look intimidating.

THe sculpt was made by my friend Hanouman.
I still have some for sale.

FOr the suit, i bought a white MJ white suit on ebay.
Unstitched it and dye one half in black.
The burnt side was made using liquid latex and then painted and stitched back together.

Seeing that great Martian Manhunter reminded me of a recent problem with my Zombie Thor paint job. I painted / airbrushed the neck area with water-based Golden paints then sealed everything with Testors dull coat.
Sadly, the chest armor scratch off my paint work. Before I paint, I even scrub the area with Comet / Ajax first, like I used to with my resin model kits.

Do you use a water-based paint with a Clear Lacquer (like Testors dull coat) to seal your painting?

I apologize if this has been answered elsewhere.

I thickened the neck and shoulder area.

Thank you. I've read before that you achieve great results without an airbrush. That is awesome.

I'll try the matte varnish from Citadel. I’ve recently started using Citadel skull white primer on resin / plastic parts.
