Oh man, those updates look great! I'm in the middle of my own hand-made Daryl vest project. Glad to see I'm not the only one.

Thanks man, the crazy owner one was good but too rounded, so I give it a try. It isn't perfect but it will work for now.

What are those bolts for lil Merle? They look real.

Those are small eyelets. It kinda gives the illusion of a press stud.

Finished the new vest for Daryl. Just need to add the laces to the side and the wings on the back.

I like that one better than the other I was using. I tried to be as close as possible.

I used a really thin leather from an old handbag. It works great at that scale and lay naturally.

and an early start on lil merle, fully articulated and made out of real metal.

Seb your just a freaking BEAST!!! I wish I was filthy rich so I could just start a toy company with you already bro. This is just ridiculous!

I have a ttm19 for Merle. I will be going with a tan cargo pants, white tanktop and beige or black shirt.

any kind of fatsuit padding? Are you gonna de-neck the sculpt yourself?

I will pad the belly a bit and yes I will remove the neck from the sculpt.
