I decided to do this for fun. I bought the playmates 11" Ninja turtles to see if it was possible to make something out of it.
First thing I did is dremeled all the sculpted bandages.
I added elbow articulation from a ttl body since they weren't any.
The articulation will be hidden by the leather elbow pads anyway.
This was quiet a lot to dremel and a pain in the *** to do.
I had to resculpt the shell and the torso since there was a recessed line where the sculpted belt was supposed to be so it needed to be resculpted.
I alos added texture to the skin and a cloth bandana.
Still a lot to do but here's a first pics.

Of course the other will follow. I found all 4 at clearance at my local toy shop.
But damn after working on this one the others will be a nightmare. It took me 2 hours just to instal the double elbow joint into the arms.
So yes all four turtles, Casey Jones for sure and Maybe a Shredder.
