I ported him on a HT body and weathered the clothes.

(I dig all the Sideshow costume and accessories except that belt. If you can find one of the old Toybiz 1/6 Gandalf figures, the braided leather belt actually looks better than the one Sideshow went with.)

The likeness isn't spot on but it's still a pretty damn good head considered I got the full SS figure for about 30 euro.

That really is my favorite 1/6 Captain America... everything about him looks right. Definite comic feel, but with enough realism to make him work.

Awesome work on CA, man. The proportions of his body look near perfect, with the head purposely small to give him that comic book feeling.
BTW, those are the DID Patton boots on him, correct? Do you think they could be repainted to black easily? I've been eyeing them for my comic Bane, but they would have to be black.
