Just got the 12" multiverse armoured batman, any ideas on how to take it apart?

CAPTAIN AMERICA

Firstly I bought the Marvel Ultimate Series Captain America Premium figures from the Disney stores. For 30 bucks even if the figure was garbage it was worth a try.
Here's what I did to the figure.

I kept the original body. Yes you heard well. The body is actually very well made with very strong joints. It has exactly the same range of articulation as a Hot Toys body. So hasbro kuddos to you for once.

I resculpted the traps and gave it a new neck. I also extended the legs a bit to make it at 1/6 scale. Cause it's a tad smaller.

The suit is also very well done. I just modded the ugly collar.

Gave the suit a full weathering.
I used the sideshow deadpool accessories for the belt and harness and added a canteen.

I made some leather red gloves.

For the head I used a cheap Hasbro head from a 12" figure and gave it a repaint.

Here's how he looks so far. I still need to wait till the leg reparations are completely cured.

More pics once he is done.

All in all 30 bucks very well spent and another turd polishing )

That is VERY impressive, Seb.
Both of those figures are crap and I wouldn't even think to do anything to either of them.... But that is a beautiful result man.

You have an amazing talent...

I decided to build a proton pack and bought a Nikatron full kit a couple of months ago.

I started my build two weeks ago and I have been working all evenings and weekends.

Sorry but I completely forgot to take wip pics because I was way too much into my build.

But anyway here's some first pics with the lights in the packs.

I still need to add the n-filter and some stuff here and there.

Next up is the Neutrona wand
