Jean looks so much smaller compare to the rest of the gang.

Jean doesn't have heels on the sculpt.

In comics her height is the same as Rogue, but for some reason Sideshow put heels on Rogue's PF adding about an 0.75 inches (which in 1:1 scale is like adding 3 inches to someones height)

Psylocke and Storm in comics and in sculpt are bigger. They both should be 5 ' 11 in comics.

Picture is not altered it's a screen cap from Sideshow's website. All other PFs were transposed onto image. Jean is listed as 18" inches on website

I assume 1.5 inches for base so 16.5" which equals (16.5 * 4 = 66 / 12 =

5 foot 5 inches in height 1:1 scale.)

Yeah Sideshow's PF is accurate. The statue is 18 inches tall, without the base 16.5 inches tall.

She is 5 foot 6 according to the Marvel site and Comic Vine

I love the head sculpt on this, love the character and it's not a bad statue -- it's just so underwhelming of what could've been. Plus the price doesn't seem justified. I still hate to skip on this, but I think I have to.

So according to the Ask SS on the other board it looks like there really is a planned variant of this with Jean as Black Queen as some of us figured there'd be.

I'm guessing it would have to get a new head since a repainted one I don't think would work as well, maybe a whip in the extended hand? Might as well throw in a 2nd head for Selene and tweak the heels, but that's wishful thinking.

I would get this but im so nervous about the eyes. They are critical on this one. I hate to admit it but my comic black widows eyes are off. I just let that one go but if the eyes are off on this one I think it will have a much greater impact

Lol I don't think it's a going to be a variant (at least I ****ing hope not) Alex said that there'd definitely be a Black Queen in the future. I posted it a few days ago on the Jean thread. I'm really happy about this announcement but now that you said the unspeakable word (variant) I'm scared

Nobody bought Jean and she's at 750. They'll probably set Emma from 500-1000 (and maybe even an additional 500 on top because of the whole T&A factor). She definitely won't be under 500. I can see lots of ppl buying this. 1. Because not everyone is a super picky Sideshow Freak Lol like us, 2. There are very few if any really good Emma Frost figures in the market and this isn't SO bad right, screw the Exclusive but she has all the right things in the right places so to speak. And 3. Guys love ass and **** and **** and ass, choose your favourite order). We have terms like butter face for just that reason. We love the representation of **** and ass almost anywhere we can get it. Most of them comments we've made have been in tune with not being able to display it, or not being able to get it last the wife, etc. But if we were single and didn't have anyone else to display it for them wed probably get it. There are a **** ton of guys that have the ability to display this and will (for a a variety of reasons)
