Huge Batman fan. Just not sure how I feel about the 1/4 scale. Display space would be an issue and I'd hate to buy this guy only to leave him in the box. I also need to decide if I want to open the door to quarter scale collecting or not. It's just so expensive.
It truly is a beautiful figure though. I'll be considering it. I'll be sure to post back here to blame you if I end up going through with it.

you know, i had the same reservations about 1/4 as well. after looking at this thread for a while i decided to get this guy, and WOW...just WOW, you will not be disappointed. i had no plans to get the joker because of a space issue but my wife surprised me with him for christmas. and to make it worse i also purchased one of the neca 1/4 predator figures hahaha

2 additional ikea detofls later my space issue has been resolved (i now have 6 detolfs and i have only been collecting since march 2012....)

i dont plan on getting any more 1/4 figures but man, that new enterbay bd t-800 figure is soooo tempting...

I "justify' it the same way i initially "justified" 1/6. I can either buy 10 average looking neca figures, or 1 high end hot toys figure (back when hot toys wasn't extortionate). In the case of 1/4. I can buy 1 enterbay figure, or due to the inflation of current hot toys figures, 1 and a half to 2 hot toys...no brainer to me. Double the size, double the presence, better sculpts, better detail, clothing hangs better, etc etc. i can understand if space is your main issue since they do hog a lot of shelf space. But price is a non issue for me. I'd take the 1 better figure, over the 2 not so great figures. But thats just me.

I have and love this figure...great pics...you should try placing cape on top of the cowl,looks a bit better IMO.

Finally got around to opening this guy to check for QC. So its missing the pneumatic mangler, has scratches on base (no protective film on it), loose magnets in the tray, some blemishes on 2 of the sculpts and a blemish on the suit. Now my biggest thing is the base and missing weapon. The blemishes are not that big but still annoy! I did fix the position of the magnets for the cape so far. Think I am going to take some of the padding out of the suit like Maglor did. This way he won't have the gut and the belt will fit better.
I love the figure itself but the QC issues, magnet issue and belt issue are really annoying to have to deal with. I don't mind having to mod here and there but these things should have been taken care of.

Looks like my replacement will be here Thursday. I didn't get a chance to inspect the cape but I'm guessing it'll be wrinkled...can it be ironed? I don't know what type of material and would hate to damage it.

I have several enterbay figures that have QC problems, so I know how you feel

it's still my favourite!

I can't see myself replacing him with any other figures
I love this 1/4 scale so much. I only hope I'll not tempted to buy whatever EB's will be making in the future

By giving us lforigno cape, and a movie accurate position magnets for the cowl clips.


I'm gonna try and mod mine like thrust's. It looks amazing
