Enterbay - 1/4 scale RoboCop 3

I hope you never get tired of doing these Robocop repaints. At some point down the line I'd love to commission you. While I don't own an Enterbay figure the Hot Toys Robocop is otherwise too good to never have at least one at its full potential.

Anyone dealt with EB customer service regarding faulty parts?
Just got this new today & the helmet has a crack on the left hand side & the painted panel lines on the helmet is horrific there is paint missing & so untidy. If bought from a dealer & not direct from enterbay will they sort it out or does the dealer have to sort this out? messaged EB with pics of the helmet so will see what they say if they even reply that is

I still haven't opened my Robocop yet and it's way past the return/replacement time frame. I bet I got QC issues too.

Just haven't had time to open that massive box.

It's a figure I've put off for a while. I should've bit the bullet when it was $222 from Amazon. Oh well.

Well you have to email and email again and again.
They will ask probably that yu ship back the defective part.
Worth the try.

just found out that the retailer bought this direct from enterbay so it wasnt trade or has an account with them. So it looks like they would be in the same position as us non retailers. He has contacted them about it as it was purchased start of 2017. I dont mind sending them the faulty helmet back just hope they acknowledge the probem.

One of my helmets fell and cracked
I contacted EB and asked how much a replacement would be(told them my story)
They mailed me a new one, all I had to do is mail back the cracked one
A+++++ in my book

Nope. I still haven't opened my Enterbay Robocop, EB T-1000 or NECA Mayor Penguins yet.

No, I did miss out on the deal, then I went on Enterbay.com and bought him from their store sale for $260. For a few weeks it was bothering me that I nabbed the BD Arnold and Robocop, but not T-1000. So naturally I gave in.


And no, I just don't have any time or space to **** with them yet. These boxes are huge. I have a week off next month, probably going to do it then.

Anyway, since I'm buying Turtles and Batman Returns figures in 1:4 I'm sorta looking at the Enterbay Robocop again - the old NECA 1:4 doesn't quite cut it. As I've said many times low end cannot do Robocop justice.

When I get the chance, I'll line up all my 1/4 figures on my mantle for you (NECA Keaton, the Penguins, EB Battle Damaged T-800, Robocop, T-1000, Reeve Superman, Returns Catwoman, etc.)

I have a whole bunch of those 1:4 doll stands I have yet to open as well.

I didn't really like the Reeve Superman from what I recall, the expression made him look more like 'evil' supes from Superman 3 so I'm not particularly bothered that I missed that one. I'm also not sold on NECA's paintjobs for fully exposed human sculpts - I can just about deal with Penguin (got the Mayor yesterday), Catwoman and Batman.

A-dev u thinking about getting the Enterbay Robocop figure? I've been thinking about getting it myself. The jetpack though just seems like a wasted accessory and i really dislike Robocop 3 so I'm still on the fence about getting it but like you said no other representations in 1/4 scale hit the mark so...

Annoyingly yes, I'm considering it again. I say 'annoyingly' because I knew this would happen if I bought either the NECA 1:4 Turtles or the 1:4 Batman Returns figures and it was a strong reason not to buy those. I was unable to resist that temptation though and now I'm on a big 1:4 scale kick. And that damn...haha..DAMTOYS 1:4 scale Cyberdyne T-800 couldn't have appeared at a worse time because, of course, now I'm looking at that - it too could open up a new branch of collecting were I to buy it as it would be my first statue. If it were just Polystone I'd be an easy pass but because it's mixed media it would blend very well with my Enterbay Terminators.

You guys are probably lucky you held off - Enterbay have them at 40% off, so no better time to pull the trigger on it
